Listed below are some of the core responsibilities required for this role:

•   Manage the tendering process and be able to take project from initiation to closeout.

•   To be accountable for all aspects of the WorleyParsons contract. Delivering the project to the satisfaction of the client

•   To plan, co-ordinate and manage FEED, Detailed Design and potentially procurement, construction and commissioning of large projects by directing a project manager or team of project managers/area managers.

•   To ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceeded.

•   To achieve or better the budgeted gross margin.

•   Direct the implementation of all functions of project management.

•   Identify, document and communicate the client requirements

•   Effective management of WorleyParsons/Client contract, including delivery of the budget gross margin.

•   Manage and monitor project performance on an ongoing basis to identify issues and opportunities early and take pre-emptive action.

Job Requirements:

The following qualifications and skills would be preferred:

•   Relevant degree or equivalent qualification (Chartered Engineer preferable)

•   A highly ambitious individual with a career path to expand into a corporate management role

•   Exposure to large project P and L accountability
