President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday broke his silence on the disqualification of former Governor Timipre Sylva from contesting the November 19 governorship primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in Bayelsa State by the leadership of the party, describing his five years of reign as monumental disgrace.
