Job Description: Manager, Segment Development and Customer Value Proposition (Consumer Banking)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Segment Strategy and Customer Value Proposition: Support a compelling value proposition for the (Priority, Preferred/Excel Banking) segments in the country.

• Offer Development: Drive development of innovative services, benefits and product solutions by working closely with product, and functional teams with support and insights from segmentation and portfolio management

• Program Management:  Define and embed key customer management principles and framework including qualification criteria, customer membership and upgrade-downgrade customer experience management.

Develop and implement the integrated segment marketing strategy to launch/re-launch the program value proposition and specific enablers and track program performance.

• Customer Service and Franchise Management: Initiate and collaborate on programs and processes to improve customer feedback and competitor benchmarking on customer service & customer loyalty/advocacy metrics (CSS, NPS) and drive initiatives to improve them.

• Business Performance:  Implement the customer segment strategy and management discipline to achieve all segment revenue and contribution targets including related business metrics and KPIs

• Contribute towards overall Financial performance for Nigeria

Qualifications & Skills:

• Sound knowledge of project management process

• Effective writing & presentation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

• Good working knowledge of systems including Excel etc,.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
