Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: Lagos

Qualification:

•   Minimum of M.Sc, Architecture or its equivalent.

•   Architect with 8-10 years relevant working experience preferably in an architectural firm.

•   Must be registered with an ARCON/NIA

Responsibility:

•   Preparation of preliminary design schemes for clients' approval.

•   Must be creative, intuitive with high level design ability.

•   Proficiency in 2D/3D, Animation will be an added advantage.

•   Ability to produce detailed Architectural working drawings and contract documents including details, specification with minimum supervision.

•   Ability to reconcile/coordinate work of other professionals, engineers, quantity surveyors to deliver high quality projects/developments.

•   Tender documentations and project management.

•   Must have good leadership and management skills.
