Qualifications:

(a) Principal Librarian (CONUASS 5)

Candidate should possess a Masters degree in Library Science (MLS) from a recognized university, with nine (9) years cognate experience plus at least eight (8) publications, five (5) of which must be journal articles in reputable learned journals. Membership of the Librarian Registration Council of Nigeria is also required.

(b) Senior Librarian (CONUASS 4)

Candidates should possess the same qualifications as for (a) above but with six (6) years cognate experience, plus four (4) journal articles in reputable learned journals. Membership of the Librarian Registration Council of Nigeria is also required.
