Building collapse: Lagos tasks residents, CDA’s on qaulity work

LAGOS - Lagos State Government has charged residents and Community Development Associations, CDAs, to monitor and report any suspected development of property that does not conform to building regulations. This is part of measures to check incidences of building collapse in the state.
