Job Description:

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Regional Manager.

Job Outputs:

•   Responsible for key management and maintenance of client accounts

•   Serve as internal sales support to achieve assigned sales quotas and goals

•   Work closely with internal team members (Business unit managers)

•   Drive sales by developing, identifying and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities

•   Sell advertising, paid features and upsell opportunities to prospective clients identified by the business unit managers.

•   Strategic product marketing activities such as; projects, surveys, campaigns and or promotions

•   Maintain and update contacts/database of current and prospective clients

•   Maintain and develop a client and prospect database for key accounts

•   Plan and carry out sales activities to agreed budgets, client volumes, values, product mix and timescales

•   Develop ideas and create offers for marketing

•   Prepare sales reports

•   Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys

•   Work with finance department to ensure payments and accounting is up to date.

•   Manage production of all client-advertising creative material.

•   Work with business unit managers to ensure financial targets are achieved.

•   Manage a mid-level inside sales executive.

Qualifications and Experience:

•   Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or related field

•   4+ years of online sales experience

•   Formal sales training courses considered a strong plus
