FOR an instance, many contributors lack the knowledge that expatriates in certain areas are exempted from quota requirement. This includes those operating in the various free trade zones in the country such as the Export Processing Zone, Calabar; Oil & Gas Free Zone, Onne; Kano Free Trade Zone; Lekki Free Trade Zone and the Export Processing Zone, Snake Island, Lagos. Those who are engaged by government establishments are equally exempted from expatriate quota.
