Role Summary/Purpose:   

•   The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing the full scope of Global Services portfolio in specific accounts for Nigeria and extending operations to Equatorial Guinee.

•   The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and change agent with a strong customer centric attitude. This position will report directly to the Regional Sales Leader.

Essential Responsibilities:    – Implement Oil&Gas marketing and commercial strategies in order to increase orders volume and profitability  – Increase sales coverage with the purpose of identifying new market opportunities  – Partner with current customers to provide value and meet service needs  – Anticipate customer needs to Headquarters and establishing a systematic business-scouting program, in order to identify existing and new market opportunities  – Leverage cross-functional and cross-business resources to maximize market penetration  – Manage matrix organization from HQ and region/local team  – Understand and review local laws and regulatory body requirements and their impact to the organization

Qualifications/Requirements:    – Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent  – Minimum 4 years' experience in Sales/Commercial in O&G industry  – Experience in rotating equipment in O&G market (Turbines, compressors, pumps, ect.)  – Team player capable of being effective in a dynamic environment of matrix organization  – Self Starter with excellent time management skills  – Demonstrated sales skills and/or aptitude  – Solid communication skills (both written and verbal)  – Willing to work independently (after proper training)  – Fluent in English (desirable French)
