JOB TITLE: WORKSHOP MANAGER
LOCATION: Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•   Provide leadership and supervision for reporting staff to meet company deliverables.
•   Ensure all equipment and assets are designed, built, serviced and maintained in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
•   Ensure equipment in the field is promptly repaired and serviceable for field staff to operate in a safe manner.
•   Ensure all workshop and yard tasking and operations are undertaken in a safe,efficient, cost effective and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
•   All candidate coming in as managers must have minimum of HND/BS c in mechanical/Automobile engineering.
•   Higher certification Toyota vehicle will be an advantage
•   Membership of requisite professional body will be an advantage.
•   Must have minimum of 7-10 years practical experience working with TOYOTA vehicles.
•   Ability to work with less supervision
•   Must be a good manager of people and resources.
•   Must be familiar with various types of Toyota vehicle parts.
•   Must be good at record keeping and documentation

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working hours are between 8am and 5pm Mondays through Fridays. He could be called upon to do some work at the weekends.
