HMO Job Recruitment in Lagos - Network Codinator, IT Officer, Receptionist

Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) located in Lagos is currently recruiting for various positions:

Positions:
1. Chief Operations Officer/GM
2. Quality Assurance/provider network coordinator
3. Marketing Managers & Senior Marketing Managers   
4. Information Technology/Enrollment officer
5. Front Desk Officer / Receptionist

Qualifications:

1. Chief Operations Officer/General Manager

Must have MBBS or BDS degree; 5 – 10 years work experience in a managed care organization or HMO. Certified HMO Professional (CHP) qualification is an added advantage. Must have excellent communication skills and holds a position on not less than Assistant General Manager in a managed care or HMO currently.

2. Quality Assurance/Provider network coordinator:

Must have MBBS or BDS degree, 2-3 years work experience in managed care organization or HMO. Certified HMO Professional (CHP) qualification is an added advantage. Must also be skilled at word processing with the computer.   

3. Marketing Manager & Senior Marketing Managers

Must have a university degree or HND. Minimum of three and five years experiences respectively for managers and senior degree. Work experience in HMO and Certified HMO professional (CHP) qualification is an added advantage.

4. IT/Enrollment officer

Must have B.Sc or HND with minimum of 2 years data management experience in a HMO. Must be conversant with HMO processes and database software. CHP qualification is an added advantage.

5. Front Desk Officer/Receptionist

Must have a minimum of OND with one year experience in an office environment. Must have excellent communication skill in English Language. Telephone etiquette and IT skill.
