PROJECT ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING)

RESPONSIBILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Mechanical/Plumbing Engineers

Prepare/design Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) and/or Plumbing Systems and Specifications.

Ability to prepare HVAC and/or Plumbing Construction Drawings.

Knowledge of ASHRAE and other standards is an added advantage.

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 4 years experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing systems in Building and Infrastructure projects.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS

Prepare/design Power, Lighting, Extra Low voltage systems and Specifications.

Knowledge of PHCN and IEE Standards.

Experience in Data/Voice, UPS System, Security, CCTV and Access Control systems.

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 4 years experience in Building Systems and infrastructure projects.

Mature candidates interested in working on temporary contract basis can also apply.
