Motorists trapped in Lokoja-Abuja road gridlock

A stalled trailer has caused a gridlock on both sides of the Abuja-Lokoja Road, preventing vehicles from either accessing or leaving the Federal Capital Territory.

Information from the scene indicates that the gridlock has stretched over many kilometres.

The trailer reportedly fell across the busy road and brought movement to a halt around Gadabiyu, close to Kwali.
