•   Master Degree (M.Sc) holders in the fields of Accounting, Biochemistry, Business Admin, Economics, Mathematics, physics and Public Admin.

•   Proficient in the use of computer, IT tools and Internet.

•   Have the knowledge and workings of in fractional Design.

•   Can handle e-learning and online lecturing services.

•   Have passion for research work.

•   To handle on line lecturing and e-learning activities.

•   Ability to work with little or no supervision.

•   Ability to deliver/surpasses deadlines.

•   Ability to work in a team.

•   Ability to take on new challenges.
