Job Title: General Manager

Requirement:

•   1st or 2nd Class Upper in relevant fields.

•   10 years cognate post qualification experience.

•   Responsible for strategic decision making to achieve objectives and business goals set by the Executive Council, chiefly responsible for driving all the Special Business units as profit centers while reviewing performances of SBU Heads, interface with franchisor and make the new ICT franchise the best training and education company in Nigeria.

•   Define business and revenue goals and submit detailed plans with time frame to the executive council.

•   Work with the SBU heads to design strategy and plan to achieve business goals and to regularly review business performances.

•   Analyze failures and successes and share the results, causes and reasons with the executive council,

•   Plan national level marketing and advertisement plans.

•   Ensure inception, commissioning and running of centers is smooth and profitable.
