Requirement:

•   Minimum of B.Sc or HND in any of the social sciences 9second class honours lower division or upper credit minimum)

•   A post graduate degree in business related field will be an added advantage.

•   Must have a professional qualification in insurance.

•   Computer literacy is a must.

•   Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in a composite insurance company/brokerage firm covering underwriting, claims and marketing, 3 of which should be in top management positions.

•   Must have good knowledge of insurance regulations.

•   Excellent networking and business presentation skills are also required.

•   Must not be more than 35 years old.

•   Must be of high integrity.

•   Work towards attainment of set goals and targets.

•   Provide strong leadership.

•   Ensure the company is placed among market leaders.
