Role Profile:

The HR Officer will be responsible for the management of human resources services and processes support the core business of an organization. He/she will ensure that all activities as it relates to employees of the organization are adhered to by company and employees. Keep proper records and be able to relate to all employees, work under pressure and keep a balance and fairness to all.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to supervisors and staff.

• Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place

• Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions

• Provide staff orientations

• Monitor daily attendance.

• Provide assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment

• Provide information and assistance to supervisors and staff on human resource and work related issues.

• Perform other related duties as required

Skills Required:

• Management of personnel resources, strong communication and peoples skills,

• Ability to work under pressure and meets targets, Ability to think strategically

• Self starter with excellent leadership skill, initiative and proactive approach

• Strong work ethics and ability to be discrete

• Good organizational and administrative skills

Education/Qualification:

B.sc in relevant field

• He/she must have good understanding of individual role

• Have 2-3 years working experience as a HR officer
