Job description:

•   • Guarantee the relevance, reliability and quality of specialist studies and ensure their optimization

•   • Guarantee the technical excellence of TOTAL's geological specialties

•   • Guarantee data quality, deliveries, database maintenance

•   • Communicate Group know-how in this field and contribute to training within the geosciences

•   • Guarantee pertinence, reliability and quality of data and geological measurements acquired while drilling and with wireline logging.

•   • Realize reliable quantitative interpretations and log typing in real-time.

•   • Define, propose, set-up and supervise well data acquisition programmes in compliance with safety requirements in the fields of drilling and geology, while optimizing costs and quality

•   • Contribute to the safety of operations through real-time detection of geological and downhole conditions that could have and adverse effect on drilling

•   • Select and supervise contracted services

•   • Contribute to the estimation of the Group's OHIP by conducting geological and petrophysical interpretations and syntheses

Education: Relevant BSc or MSc degree

Experience: BSc or MSc and at least 5 years of professional experience

Skills:

•   • A high level of experience in Petrophysical Quantitative Analysis is required, as well as an advanced knowledge on Log Acquisition

•   • Very good knowledge of the Geolog6 software and the Petrolan and Facimage modules
