Job Title: HSE Business Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Eket and Warri

Responsibility:

•   Maximize contact with key decision makers in the potential client's organizations and focus efforts to generate business and obtain leads.

•   Manage the sales & Business Development process to align with CRI's strategy and Objectives.

•   Ensure prequalification of the organization with existing and potential customers, to ensure qualification to bid for relevant projects.

•   Generate ideas for a proactive marketing strategy that will allow the company to anticipate market changes and use its competitive advantages.

•   Assist in determining the sales strategy, risk identification, profit potential and analysis.

•   Ensure communication of customer needs and expectations between CRI and the clients.

•   Gather and analyze market intelligence for new projects and opportunities.

Requirement:

•   A good first degree in a relevant area of study, from a reputable institution.

•   Relevant qualification is essential.

•   Minimum of 3 years experience in prospecting for business and managing accounts.

•   Experience in the Oil and Gas/Energy & Marine sectors will be an advantage.

•   Experience in working with various industrial Health products and key players.

•   Strong communication and presentation skills.

•   Excellent negotiation skills.

•   Excellent customer awareness and sales skills.
