Job Title: Chef & Production Manager (Outdoor Catering)

Location: Lagos

Requirement:

•   B.Sc in Food Tech/Hotel & Catering Mgt or any other Food Science discipline.

•   Have knowledge of institutional food service and or restaurant mgt.

•   Candidates should also have substantial culinary experience plus appreciable computer skills.

•   At least 4 years work experience in same capacity.

•   Supervision of the set up of all food production to maximize productivity between all of the food production areas within the kitchen.
