Description:
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Compensation: This position provides a comprehensive compensation package including a competitive base salary commensurate with skills and experience, free housing, full medical benefits, annual bonus, and vacation benefits.

Requirements

Education:
•         Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred) in a related field (Engineering, Business Management, Quantitative Analysis, Quality Management) 
•         Preferred Certifications: TQM, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing process designs and other quality methodologies

Experience:
•         7-10 years relevant working experience, preferably in construction and/or power sector
•         Prior operational experience (preferably supporting an international company)
•         Highly analytical with experience in business transformation and/or business process re-engineering combined with strong statistical and data analysis
•         Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence/negotiate across an organization
•         Strong change management leadership skills and process re-engineering skills essential

Computer Skills:
•         Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience with ERP systems, MS Project

Other Skills:
•         Strong communicator (oral and written) - enjoys working in a team environment
•         Strong organization, prioritization, decision-making and time management skills
•         Able to thrive in a highly visible, fast paced environment, managing multiple projects
•         Strong quantitative and analytical problem solving skills. Able to meet strict deadlines
