Job Description

•   Develop RFQ's for critical crude and EIU including instructions to bidders, ITP's, plans, specifications, and drawings

•   Assemble technical and commercial evaluation teams

•   Serve as the point of contact and liaison between evaluators and the bidder

•   Responsible for obtaining requests for clarification

•   Performs risk assessments for exceptions to terms and conditions

•   Negotiates final cost and schedule

•   Administers change orders approved by the Variance Committee and provides cost analysis support to the technical leads

•   Reviews all invoices to ensure compliance with terms and conditions

•   Alerts senior management to manufacturing or schedule issues and recommends solutions

•   Obtains all warranty documentation and lien releases prior to closeout

•   Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
