Job Title: Officer - Compliance / Vendor Management and Association Responsibilities

Job Purpose:
•   Responsible for compliance of the RCC with bank regulations, audit requirements, regulatory requirements, Association requirements, Requirements advised from SA.
•   Management of card production and PIN mailer and delivery in line with SLA. Responsibilities for card process (initiation to delivery to customer)
•   Managing Association (MasterCard International); in terms of adherence to requirements and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
•   Minimum of a 2.1 B.Sc degree in any relevant field
•   Minimum of 3 years experience required in the Financial Services Industry/Accounting/Auditing function
•   Previous exposure (at least 2 year's worth) to card business activities
•   A sound knowledge Card systems and products to appreciate and understand the complexities of the industry and the impact of growing changes in technology.
•   Sound Card knowledge
•   Computer literate
•   Familiar with basic card fulfilment process
