Requirements:

•   Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Estate Management or other relevant field

•   Candidate preferred; between 30-39 years old

•   Minimum of 8 years experience in estate management from a blue chip estate firm

•   Knowledge of Microsoft office software

Responsibilities:

•   Manage and maintain property across the country

•   Maintain a concise inventory of total assets in terms of property

•   Ensure rents are paid as and when due by tenants

•   Ensure utilities bill are paid off as soon as they arrive

•   Ensure security of life and property

•   Create a schedule of regular evaluation of the facilities

•   Maintain utilities and communications infrastructure
