Description:    – Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Customer Loyalty, the successful candidate will manage customer traffic to ensure key service standards are met; assist and ensure consistency of internal/external customer experiences by inculcating a service culture.  – He/she will also collaborate with product development and research department to collect customer feedback for existing savings product modification.

Key Requirements:     – A good first degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Management, Administration, Banking or any related field. – A Minimum of 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience. – Good knowledge and demonstrated experience of customer service
