Description:    – Reporting to the Head of Department, Finance and Investment, the successful candidate will direct, coordinate and provide direct oversight of the operations of the unit and directly manage the work activities to ensure that operational results are met.  – He/she will assist in analyzing and consolidating all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports.

Key Requirements:     – A good first degree (or its equivalent) in Accountancy, Finance or related business field, ICAN, ACA, ICMA, or similar professional certification in the Accounting Field. A master's degree will be an added advantage – A Minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience or 20 years in the Civil Service, with at least 5 years' experience in senior management role(s) in a similar organisation. – Good knowledge of various software and Enterprise Resource Planning Software such Oracle or SAP is essential.
