Description: Reporting to the Head of Human Capital Management, the successful candidate will develop and manage the process for Human Capital Planning in the Commission, as well as oversee the production of Human Capital plans as a companion to the Commission's strategic plans.

Key Requirements:     – A good first degree or its equivalent in Business or Public Administration or other related fields – A minimum of 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience or 13 years' cognate experience in the Civil Service. – Good knowledge of Human Resource Administration especially in the public sector, and must be able to demonstrate knowledge of Training and Development, Performance Management Systems, and Human Capital Planning Processes.
