Description:    – Reporting to the Head, Legal Services, the successful candidate will oversee the legal aspects of all commercial transactions.  – Inherent in this will be the negotiation, drafting and vetting of all contracts, agreements, leases, joint venture arrangements, as well as the Commission's identity management related licenses.

Key Requirements:     – A good degree in law from a reputable institution. Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association is essential. – A minimum of 8 years' relevant, professional experience or 16 years' cognate experience in the Civil Service – Hands-on experience in legal drafting and conveyance, as well as intellectual property management.
