Description:    – The successful candidate will work with the Head, Legal Services in managing NIMC's litigations.  – Specifically, he/she will supervise legal officers responsible for instituting or defending lawsuits against the Commission, as well as liaise with external counsels in delivering optimum legal support to the Commission.

Key Requirements:     – A good degree in law from a reputable institution. Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association is essential. – A minimum of 8 years' relevant professional experience or 16 years' cognate experience in the Civil Service. This should include a minimum of 5 years' practical experience in litigation and trial from a reputable professional firm, an academic institution or public sector. – Proven track record of success in managing a diverse litigation portfolio. – Knowledge of commercial transactions, practices, regulations and laws in the Identity Management Sector.
