Description:    – Reporting to the Head, Research and Corporate Strategy, the successful candidate will be responsible for the securing and ensuring access to the Commission's knowledge repository.  – This role encompasses managing the NIMC library, particularly planning, organising and coordinating library services.  – A major focus will be to develop concepts, practices, techniques and innovations to improve the quality, productivity and variety of library services in the Commission.

Key Requirements:     – A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Library Science and Public Administration Management – A minimum of 8 years' relevant post-qualification experience or 16 years' cognate experience in the Civil Service – Good organisational, research and analytical capabilities.
