A new motion sensor technology for an airbag that can protect your gargets including smartphones, cameras, and tablets from cracking when dropped has been devised by the technology giants Amazon.

Using the motion sensors already built in smartphones, detection of a fall will quickly ignite the application which then deploy a mini airbag before the phone hits the floor.

This technique is similar to the traditional airbag systems installed in cars which are deployed upon impact cushioning the passengers heads as they are thrust forward. The idea is aimed at preventing damages on smartphones and other handy devices.
