Requirements:

•   Applicants must have a first Degree in Architecture from a reputable University.

•   A Master's degree in Architecture will be an added advantage.

•   Applicants must also possess at least 5 years post NYSC experience from a reputable organization.

•   Supervising work of contractors on site.

•   Resolving design problems and issues that arise during construction.

•   Producing detailed working drawings and specifications.

•   Provide CAD details as well as corresponding 3D images.

•   Articulate design ideas unto corresponding construction drawings.

•   High level of creativity, imagination and vision.

•   Excellent design and drafting skills as well as proficiency in Computer aided CAD.

•   Detail oriented.

•   Ability to work well without supervision and within a group.

•   Applicants must not be over 32 years.
