Overall Responsibility:

Coordinates Property and Facilities management teams to Open new revenue Streams, Maximize Profit, continuously minimize costs and work within approved budget parameters.

Duties:

•   Takes ownership for driving and achieving organizational goals and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

•   Establishes rental and service rate through market surveys; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.

•   Attracts clients/ tenants.

•   All Contract execution

•   Accomplishes financial objectives through sales, forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.

•   Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; owner or investor periodic engagements

•   Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs.

•   Secures property

•   Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

•   Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Qualification:

•   Minimum of BSc or HND

•   Minimum of 5 (post NYSC) Years in Real Estate Management (including Maintenance)

•   Professional membership added advantage

•   

Skills:

•   Understanding of Capital Projects and Budgeting

•   Marketing/Sales Strategies and proven ability to close

•   Strong Customer Service, Communication and Listening Skills

•   Conflict Management

•   Proficient Computer Skills

•   Vendor Management

Work Conditions:
