Job Description:

1.   Learn and inspire others to utilize Agency's Planning tools for all major clients' assignments.

2.   Ensure that Account Planning is effectively used in all creative briefing and development

3.   Provide effective research support to aid strategy-led campaigns',campaign/concept pre-tests and post-tests.

4.   Lead discussions and ensure full application of  Agency's planning  methodology in idea generation for all major pitches.

5.   Use research(broadly including qualitative and quantitative) to build a resource base of knowledge that provides penetrating Insights into the various sectors/consumers that will help Agency's business development efforts.          

Desired Skills & Experience:

1.   Analytical, numerate and deeply interested in consumer behavior and trends

2.   Keenly aware of the most up to date initiatives in brand strategy and consumer communications.

3.   Possess communication skills – verbal & writing

4.   Passionate about creative process and how communication works in marketing.

5.   Ability to inspire others:  should have a cosmopolitan world view  that   allows for open engagement  hence inspire the development of great Creative work.

6.   Possess good leadership and strong interpersonal skill

EXPERIENCE:

7 years and above in marketing communication  and or other  cognate fields  where consumer insight and planning are valid (eg:-  Planning units of Clients, etc)
