Job Description   Purpose Statement:

To ensure efficiency in the administration and quality of all company Travels.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Ensure all travel bookings are made promptly and accurately within stipulated time

• Ensure bookings are kept within budget and are cost effective

• Manage agreements with travel consultants (Air, Land and Hotels) to gain discounts where appropriate,

• Build strong relationships with internal customers, managing internal customer expectations and parameters

• Prepare weekly and monthly travel reports

• Responsible for accurate invoice processing and follow up on payment with Finance units

• Ensure the integrity of VIP personal data

• Responsible for hotel accommodations for staff and VIP

• Assists with protocol service duties as required

• Responsible for invoice processing and account reconciliation.

• Perform other duties and assignments as required

Additional Information   

Minimum Qualification / Experience:

• B sc. required

• 1-2 yrs work experience

• Experience in customer service

• Work experience in a similar role is needed.

• Problem-solving skills

• Good negotiation skills

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word

• Experience working to tight deadlines

• Extensive administrative knowledge
