Description: – Achieve annual sales targets – Develop overall sales & distribution strategy for allocated area – Develop and align Route to Market strategy in line with business strategy – Develop competitor response strategy – Optimise resourcing plans and budget to deliver productivity through managing the budgeting process – Ensure sales, budget and distribution targets are defined and operationalised in collaboration with all involved departments – Develop sales forecasts – Ensure district alignment to marketing strategies in terms of brand portfolios, channel plans, etc. – Manage customer relationships

Requirements: – B.Degree in a commercial field or Marketing – 5 years management experience ideally in FMCG or beer industry – Knowledge of the beer industry – Knowledge of the legislative landscape – High level of planning and organizing competencies – High level of commercial and business understanding – Excellent leadership skills – Good people management – Negotiation skills – Project management
