Description:

• Develop and manage the company budget

• Co-ordinate company financial information for reporting purposes

• Manage and coordinate internal and external audits

• Manage corporate tax planning and compliance

• Manage company Payroll and Information Technology

• Deliver robust financial analysis

• Generate business insights through the use of analytical skills to build a deep understanding of the business and the market

• Add value to the business through partnering with internal customers to ensure understanding of their challenges and assist in overcoming them

• Develop internal customer commercial competence to facilitate good decision making

• Manage and develop people to ensure that capability is built at all levels of the function.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant

• Member of the appropriate professional body

• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience at Finance Manager level

• Previous senior experience in the FMCG environment

• Strong analytical skills

•   Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to deliver results within a fast paced environment.

• Strong treasury experience

• Must be a committed team player with the ability to work to extremely tight deadlines.

• An excellent track record of delivering results

• Strategic thinker with strong commercial competencies

• Good communication skills and ability to communicate at the highest level and build internal and external relationships quickly.
