Job Description:

•   Supervise Managers responsoble for speciic accounts

•   Liaise with clients to understand their needs

•   Development and execution of Sponsorships/ Activation  and Promotional programs that must result in the achievement of business goals (i.e. increased market share, profitability, brand preference and staff capability).

•   Responsible for managing and expanding sponsorship portfolio as well as exploring new markets;

•   Use the understanding of Marketing to develop and execute Activations that will meet and exceed the client objectives

•   Development of new sponsorship ideas, researching sponsorship trends and initiatives to provide clients with cuting edge solutionds

•   Develop all collateral materials related to sponsor recruitment, reporting and retention;

•   Prepare annual sponsorship budgets and strategy for meeting all revenue projections;

•   Develop new business ideas

•   Sell existing sponsorship properties

Desired Skills & Experience: – Marketing & Marketing Communications – Project Management – PResentation skills – Leadership – Some experience in Sports Marketing will be an advantage – Marketing experience, either on the client or agency side – Stakeholder Management – At least 6-7 years experience
