Job Description:
- Plan the audit to focus on identified risks and client needs in conjunction with the Partner and Manager
- Produce work papers that comply with the firms' standards
- Ensure that the performance standards are communicated and understood by the assigned staff as well as managed and maintained for the duration of the assignment
- Decide the best audit approach using Audit Focus
- Ensure all assigned staff receive adequate in–the –job training both in respect of appropriate technical and supervisory skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of Akintola Williams Deloitte range of products and services
- Identify opportunities to add value through an understanding of the client's business and establish client relationships
- Control cost through close supervision of disbursements on assigned clients when acting as AIC
- Excellent supervisory, communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Must be conscientious, confident and composed
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of second class upper division (or equivalent)
- Master's degree
- ICAN/ACCA membership
