Job Title: Business Development and Administrative Assistant

Vacancy in an IT Company for the position of BUSINESS & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 Duties and responsibilities

  •          i.            Global Brand management
  •        ii.            Maintaining frequent contact with the external clients and ensuring adherence to timescales and budgets.
  •       iii.            Pre-Sales activities and provide peer review of deliverables to clients
  •      iv.            Focus on business development, getting new Integrated Projects alongside StraBIT goals
  •        v.            define the development/rejuvenation concepts' and coordinate the delivery of the proposals for Integrated Solutions to Clients
  •      vi.            Designing promotion material for sales team and channel partners
  •     vii.            Designing Ads and brochures for magazines
  •   viii.            Drafting marketing strategies
  •      ix.            Getting business by acquiring new clients for company
  •        x.            Responsible for making channel partners for company
  •      xi.            Making sales and marketing strategy to achieve monthly sales targets
  •     xii.            Lead generation through internet and personal network
  •   xiii.            Managing existing clients and customer care engagement activities
  •   xiv.            Giving daily expert advices to technicians and channel partners on daily market analysis of clients needs, expectations

 

 SKILLS: Adaptable, dynamic, reactive-proactive, world-class vision, analytical skills, multi-cultural team work experience, Ability to work hard and smart and manage time well, entrepreneurship and small business, Leadership, (innovation, network, strategy, knowledge) management.

 

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  •          i.            Knowledge of contract management, bid/tenders and commercial matters is a plus.,
  •        ii.            Managing innovation,
  •       iii.            Managing information systems and Knowledge management,
  •      iv.            Feelings Service for Prospective/Existing Clients,
  •        v.            Ability to mentor and develop junior members is expected
  •      vi.            Service Partner Programme Development,
  •     vii.            Direct and indirect tax laws as per Nigerian law

 

REQUIREMENTS

  •          i.            BSc/HND /OND
  •        ii.            Hands-on experience with Spread Sheet, Ms Visio and Ms Power Point
  •       iii.            Very good command but not limited to spoken and written English as appropriate choice of words, Attitude, Dress Sense and body language are very important
  •      iv.            Interested candidates should write a Statement of Interest of not more than 1 page for the job and attach CV
