StraBIT is looking for service partners who:

• Are fast learners and have a passion for  IT Products and Services
• Capable of  exuding commitment to the 'StraBIT'      brand
• Believe in constant innovation and improvement
• Capable of servicing small and medium businesses
•  Hardware or      Network Technicians or a team of two for a territory- one responsible for      technical installation and support, and another responsible for sales
• Office space is not a requirement.  But mobile      phones is a must for all prospective  partners and  internet facility will be an added      advantage
• Are you willing to be available on call, throughout all      the working hours
• Will make efforts to convert leads to sales and also      provide support and installation to customers, as and when needed
• Are well acquainted with the territory/region that you      are responsible for

Get Certified Training

• Training by StraBIT focuses on both Sales and Service.
• Our Sales training will teach you various techniques involved in targeting small and medium enterprises, right from ensuring lead generation to conversion and sales.
• Our Service Training teaches expertise in installation of various electronic office automation products, with special focus on biometric terminals and software by StraBIT.

Benefits of the Training

• As a StraBIT Service Partner, you shall receive      certified training in how to sell these products and how to install and      troubleshoot them
• Any leads/customers generated by the StraBIT team, or      from the websites, will be passed to Partners from Service Partner      locations. (Leads made through online media, adverts, etc, are included in      addition to the leads which the StraBIT Service Partner generate      themselves)
• The StraBIT Service Partner will be given minimum      operational responsibilities, so that their focus is on creating more      customers and earn more profit

Calculating StraBIT Service Partners' profit

For every product sold to a customer, the StraBIT Service Partner earns a Sales Fee. If installation is also a part of the sale, the StraBIT Service Partner receives Sales Fee+ Installation Fee+ Enrollment Fee

• In some cases, where the sale is done through StraBIT      core team directly, the StraBIT Service Partner may be expected to provide      only Installation and Enrollment hence will get just the Installation Fee      and Enrollment Fee.

Your responsibility as a service Partner and Ours

As a StraBIT Service Partner, you're responsible for:

• Targeting every small and medium enterprise in your      allotted territory/region
• Installation, Enrollment and Service to customers
• After Sales support for StraBIT systems
• Collection of money, if payment is made via cheque

While StraBIT is responsible for:

• Receiving orders and payments for products, shipping of      products. We will send the product to customer directly and collect money      online, or through cheque payments
• Help in Lead generation, with marketing collaterals
• Certified Training Session for StraBIT Service Partners      (1 or 2 days: Sales Training and Technical Installation/ Services      Training)
