Job Description
   Understand and Execute assigned audit programs
   Produce work papers that comply with the firms' standards
   Ensure the AIC is kept informed about progress made
   Develop and Accumulate knowledge and understanding of clients business, the industry and economy within which it operates
   Develop good caring relationships with client personnel and members of the audit team
   Identify risks and utilize theoretical knowledge to implement the best audit approach using Audit Focus
   Assist with internal and external quality assurance, ensuring any actions are completed in line with the firm's and professional standards
   Utilize awareness of Akintola Williams Deloitte range of products and services in order to identify opportunities to introduce these to a client
   Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
   Must be conscientious, confident and composed
   Bachelor's degree with a minimum of second class upper division (or equivalent)
   ICAN/ACCA membership would be an added advantage
   Assist with internal and external quality assurance, ensuring any actions are completed in line with the firm's and professional standards
   Develop and strengthen client relationships
   Must not be more than 25 years old at 31 December, 2010
