Company: an Oil and Gas Company

Responsibilities:

•   The ideal candidate must have proven and extensive years of experience in the marine and offshore supply vessel market.

•   He/she must possess all the necessary skills to handle all aspects of the operation of a shipping company, vessel operation, maintenance, dry docking, and IACS certification process, customs and port authorities.

•   The ideal candidate must have administrative and managerial experience and be able to provide overall strategic leadership, direction and guidance for the company's operations and activities.

•   He/she must champion the development and maintenance of desired organizational culture, values and reputation with all staff, charterers, vendors, partners and regulatory/official bodies and all stakeholders.

•   The candidate must be responsible for setting workable growth target s and defining strategy to achieving these targets and be able to follow the set strategy punctually.

•   Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time lines for the proposal teams.

Qualification:

•   Have a B.Sc in any of the fields of Engineering or equivalent marine degree with a masters degree in Management with a minimum of second upper division.

•   Minimum of 15 years relevant experience with at least 5 years experience in a marine company spent at a senior member of management.
