Key Responsibilities/Skills:

-Ensure and monitors attendance of workers under his supervisionat site
-Reads, understands and interpretes project drawings
-Ensure accuracy of work at site
Initiate timely requisition of materials to avoid delay
-Responsible for the receipt and safe-keeping of materials either from the yard or directly from suppliers
-Responsible for safe-keeping of drawings and ensure that same are returned to the office on completion of the project
-Ensure that the store-keeper updates his books regularly and maintain a neat and tidy environment
-Responsible for the welfare of workers under his supervision
-Reports all site activities to the project/site manager
-Responsible for the safe-keep and maintenance of all plants, equipment,machinery and all other company properties in his site

Years of Experience: 5-10
