AS part of ways to nip in the bud the unending political quagmire in the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, the National Chairman, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur has concluded arrangements to meet with former President and ex-chairman, Board of Trustees, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo.
