Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson has given the Football Association his observations following his controversial post-match comments at Tottenham.
.
Ferguson was furious with linesman Simon Beck following the 1-1 draw at White Hart Lane on Sunday when United conceded a stoppage-time equaliser after Wayne Rooney's penalty claim was rejected by Chris Foy.
.
'' He had a really poor game '' Ferguson said. '' There was no way the linesman was going to give that, he gave them everything ''.
.
'' It was a clear decision. And he was 10 yards away, maybe 12 yards away from the incident and he doesn't give it. And yet he gave everything else ''.
.
'' I am disappointed with him - we have not had a good record with him ''.
.
The FA asked Ferguson to submit his observations on the row by 1800GMT on Thursday and he has now done that.
.
Now the FA has until Tuesday evening to decide whether to formally charge Ferguson.
