THE fragile peace in Uzere community, Isoko South Local Government Area, Delta State, was, Sunday, shattered, following the kidnap of the Chairman, Governing Council, of the state Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku, Professor Abednego Ekoko, by gunmen.
