With 4 – 5 years experience are required at what have been adjudged among the finest private Dental Clinics in Nigeria in terms of their facilities, treatment options, sterility and ethical standards. The whole environment has been designed to pamper and enhance the dental experience. Asepsis level is very high indeed.

The Requirements for the Job are exacting:

•   The Candidate will be expected to provide the highest level of ethical and professional care to Patients. There is no room for Prima Donna traits and attitudes or arrogance and rudeness.

•   Candidates must have personality and have the presence to inspire confidence in the Patients, most of whom are very senior private and public sector Executives, Diplomats, Expatriates and their families; who are used to, can afford and have the option of receiving treatment abroad.

•   Good communication skills are essential so as to be able to explain treatment and options to Patients.

•   He/She will have the opportunity to learn on the job and work with the most modern equipment, instruments, techniques and treatments under the tutelage of experienced Senior Practitioners.

•   The right Candidate will have the opportunity to build a career in General Dental Practice with us.

The Job:

•   The job requires top of the line General Dental Practice and a high level of ethical and professional care to Patients.

•   All preventive, minimally invasive restorations, C & B in metals, cast and bonded ceramics, cosmetic treatments, power tooth whitening, Implantology, Orthodontics etc. are carried out in the clinics.

The Candidate:

•        Must have a high degree of honesty, sincerity and integrity,

•        Must have Personality and a presence that inspires confidence in the Patients

•        Will ADD VALUE to our Clinics and our Patients

•        Must be a team player

•        Must be flexible

•        Must be sympathetic

•        Must have excellent communication skills

•        Must have demonstrable Management capabilities

•        Must not be arrogant or a Prima Donna

•        Will not keep Patients waiting

•        Will not receive visitors including friends and relations in the office

•        Will not answer or make calls whilst Patients are present

•        Will not allow religious affairs to interfere with work
