The 2014 Alfa Romeo 4C was unveiled on Tuesday ahead of its debut at the 2013 Geneva Auto Show. The new 4C is equipped with a turbocharged 1.75-liter four-cylinder engine with a "scavenging control system" said to get rid of any turbo lag.
