Requirements:

•   A bachelor's degree in the Social sciences

•   Good working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law

•   Cognate Manufacturing industry experience (8+ years) and computer literacy are minimum requirements for this role

•   Proven ability of Industrial relations competence

•   Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and maturity will count in favour of the preferred candidate.

•   Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria will be an added advantage.
